A step-by-step guide to creating jobs in the Hireintel product and publishing them for wider reach.

Creating a Job Posting With HireIntel

Follow the instructions to create a job posting with the Hireintel tool (

1. Job Requirements

The very first section of hiring through HireIntel is ‘Job Requirements’’, which includes the following five steps.

Step 1: First, log in to your HireIntel dashboard and click on the ‘Create Job’ option.

Step 2: Next, type in the ‘Job Role’ that you are hiring for( e.g., Content Editor, Data Scientist, Python Developer, etc.) and choose the right option from the drop-down list.

Step 3: Then, choose the minimum experience required for the role. After you do that, you will have three options for how you want to fill in the job details — manually, by uploading, or you can also choose ‘Generate with AI’ to save time.

If you are just getting started, we’d recommend you use the ‘Generate with AI’ option. 

Step 4: Next, you can add skills relevant to the job role and click ‘Continue’.

2. Autopilot Setup

Here comes the revolutionary and most interesting part of the process, the Autopilot mode.

Step 1: This is a ‘Pre-screening’ step that helps you find out the basic information about your candidates, such as the minimum notice period before joining the company, current city, remote work, expected salary, etc.

You also have the freedom to mark the question as mandatory. 

Step 2: The next step is ‘Screening’, which lets you define the characteristics of your ideal candidate, such as primary skills, prior experience, etc.

Step 3: The last step is the ‘AI Interview’, which utilises AI-generated questions to assess candidates' skills, such as whether candidates’ previous positions involved growth hacking, or if they worked on any campaign, to name a few.

The best part is that you don’t have to do anything, just enter the number of questions you want, and ‘Generate with AI’ will do the rest for you.

Once everything is done, click ‘Continue’.

Setting Up the Application Link for Job Portal

Upon completing the ‘Launch’, you will get an application link. You can use the link provided to set up the application link on your desired job portal.

Then, you also have another option, i.e., posting directly on LinkedIn. 

Now, for this approach again, you have two options: using AI-generated content (or a pre-built template) to post the job on LinkedIn, or you can customise the JD as you like and then go ahead.

You can also click ‘Post on LinkedIn’, to directly post your HireIntel job to LinkedIn.

HireIntel Job Page and Resume Upload Process

We have already gone through what a HireIntel job page looks like above, now let’s glimpse at how companies or recruiters can ask candidates to upload their resumes as part of the process. 

Step 1: Open the link generated from ‘Launch’.

Step 2: You will see the job summary, company name, and logo. On the top-right corner, you will see a ‘Apply Now’ button that you can use to apply for the job.

Step 3: Next, click ‘Browse’ and upload your resume. Once done, click ‘Continue’.

Step 4: On the next page, fill in your basic details.

Step 5: Answer the mandatory questions and click ‘Continue’.

And voila! You have successfully submitted your resume.

How Does Candidate Listing Happen?

Once a candidate applies through HireIntel, their profile is automatically added to the candidate pool.

This eliminates manual data entry and ensures all applications are centralised.

Under the ‘Job Listings’ section, you will see the overall job listings based on the job applied. 

Take the ‘SEO Analyst’ job for example. 

You will see the overall candidates who applied for this job role.

Here is how you can get the most out of the Job Listings section:

  • Applied: This shows the overall candidates who applied for a specific role, which, in this case, is ‘SEO Analyst’. 
  • AI Interview: This segment shows the candidates who passed the initial AI screening stage based on their fit for the role. This is to eliminate unbiased interviews with AI, employing a proctor monitoring system.
  • Interview: This section shows the list of candidates shortlisted for further evaluation through live interviews after the AI interview. You can also schedule an interview with a candidate at your own pace.
  • Hired: This will list those candidates who received a job offer and accepted the position.
  • Needs Review: Applications requiring your attention, possibly due to missing information or needing a decision on moving forward. Here you will have two options for the candidate — Reject or Shortlist.
  • Rejected: This will show the list of rejected candidates — those who are no longer being considered for the position.

What is the Talent Pool on HireIntel?

HireIntel's Talent Pool acts as your central hub for managing candidates.
